As we’ve moved over to the new Archive, we’ve been deleting stories that have been transferred out of the older archive. So the only stories available at the old archive, are ones that have not been edited or Non Canon/AU.
Please note we’ve been updating past blog posts for ex: stories for Paula Cas, ladyjax, and Captain Jack Sparrow have had their Event posts and Throwback Thursdays updated to link to the new archive.
If a story still has a link to the old archive, that story hasn’t been edited/update yet or has gone Non-Canon.
Reminder: All Throwback Thursday will go to the New Archive – so make sure you have a username/password.
Reminder #2: The Archive Slider at the top of the Blog links to the new one. The link on the sidebar goes to the old one.
Reminder #3: Leave feedback – none of the feedback left on the old archive was transferred. Seriously guys, it’s not hard to hit the like button or leave a comment!!!
Houston grew up in Texas, much to his dismay, was named after the city he was born in. He stayed mostly to himself as a kid, always more interested in books and school, then sports. His studies paid off, when he got a full scholarship to Yale University.
He settled into school quickly, studying Geology specializing in seismology. While taking courses in Biology he met San Lin, the two ended up being lab partners.
After class he asked her out for coffee.
Six weeks after they graduated they got married. They found a small apartment off campus, and both dived into getting their Masters.
The next summer, Houston was offered to do a geology study for six weeks in Australia. Houston liked the guide, James Conrad, instantly. Asked him tons of questions of the area, the history, the geology …
When the camp was hit with a sudden rainstorm, causing flash flooding – Houston ended up severely injured Conrad gave him a new opportunity.
Figured it was appropriate to celebrate considering – Robert Langdon’s long history of love for the Mouse!
As last month was Breast Cancer Awareness Month – we figured to showcase the charity we send to each month.
Breast Cancer Research Foundation
It’s a trustworthy charity unlike a few that is all about ‘them’ and not those they are trying to help.
