It’s not the Day it was offically entered as a State that’s September 9th.
It’s just a day to celebrate the 31st State of the Union.

Reminder – the character you see, though distinct to a particular show may not be the story used as we stole the ‘actor/character’ and took them out of the confines of the story.
Note: There is a reason that Pedro is on here twice as two different characters … not just because he’s a bastard who’s sneaking his way into storyline. Let’s just say they were made to be identical.
Sylum Big Bang 2025 – Reminder
Some of you might be like – wait we already signed up! Yes we did do a Sign Up last year, but I wanted to repost Big Bang Sign Ups – as a lot has happened since then
Information:
Sign Ups – Until March 1st
1st Story Check In – April 1st (Basically Let me know what your plans are)
2nd Story Check In – June 1st (You should have at least half the story finished)
Art Assignments – June 1st (Will connect Writer with Artist)
Story/Art Check Ins – July & August
Story/Art Due – Sept 15th
Story & Art will be posted together first week of October
Writers:
- Stories will have to be at least 25K
- You will need to work with Bj on the storyline
- Suggestions for ideas – there’s a big wiki filled with many characters that do not have stories
- The story will have to be complete when it’s posted in October 2025
- Depending on how many artists sign up – an artist will be assigned in June (at this time you should have over half of the story completed)
- The two of you will have to work with each other on style of art
- Stories will be due in September 15th
Artists:
- There will need to be at least 2 pieces of art and a story banner
- I will work with each artist to pair them with a story/writer
- You will need to work with the writer on style of art for their story
- Artwork will be due in September 15th

Today is Whale Day! I figured it was a good day to do Sylum Charity specific to the Ocean, and these beautiful creatures.

Latte Day

Me – I sadly can’t have caffeine. Not even decaf as it still has caffeine. *sighs sadly*
Sylum Inspiration: Eduard Cheirmine

Philipe and Eduard were Fraternal twins left at the Von Trapp’s doorstep when they were barely six months old.
The two were always inseparable and did everything together. Georg had made sure they were educated and well trained in sword fighting. Though Eduard took to the sword fighting like a Master.
It was Georg who first noticed something was wrong, when Philipe collapsed in the middle of a training session. He called the local doctor, who couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him, but the fact his blood was weak.
Taking him and Eduard to the Council, Plato informed them that both brothers were very sick, and it was a blood disease he had seen before but didn’t know how to fix. (Dilios Note: Plato looked back at his notes and realized both Cheirmine brothers had leukemia).
Imenand sat down with both of them, asked them if they thought about being Turned.
