Oh and the inspiration comes from many conversations with Sparrow about the Food Network.

Until they give me a live action Quinlan Vos – the animated version will have to do! (Though anyone can think of a good actor to portray him – send me their name)
So it’s May the 4th Be With You! I’m a few days from going to have some fun at Disneyland’s Star Wars Night.
I’m a full believer that Quinlan and Obi-Wan are the ride or die type friends. Quinlan would pretty much kill anyone who goes after Obi-Wan, and Obi-Wan would help him hide the body. So here’s a small scene set in the Sylum Universe.

Conclave
With the death of Pope Francis, the Catholic Church is preparing for Conclave. I know we recently showcased Demons & Angels as a Throwback Thursday, but figured it would be good to bring it back up as it’s a very good description of Conclave (minus the vampires running around trying to stop terrorists).

Mermaid Day
Ah the legends of mermaids and not the Little one. Though Disney’s version is not the Hans Christian Anderson one.
Mermaids/Sirens have been in myths and legends for thousands of years. Are they real? Are they stories made it up as a cautioary tale for sailors?
We may never know.
But for Sylum … of course they’re real. Sparrow want’s nothing to do with them, but there is a crab fisherman who can parley with them.

Okay so one thing for the 20th Anniversary we’re doing is – allowing a download of Family & Evolution.
Mainly because the old Archive died a horrible death.
So we’re setting up that in the month of April there will be available times to download it. After that – to late. This will be the one chance.
California Day
Many ask why is Feb 22nd California Day.
It’s not the Day it was offically entered as a State that’s September 9th.
It’s just a day to celebrate the 31st State of the Union.
So to celebrate this day … Sylum Snippet!
