Sylum Inspiration: Owen Grady
Ghost/Darkness: Scientist
Owen Grady grew up in London, raised by his mother and grandfather. He heard stories of his father, who had left the family for Africa. He entered into the British Military like his father and grandfather, but after seeing only a portion of battles he knew it wasn’t his place.
After his mother died, soon followed by his grandfather, he set out to Africa to find his father. He wasn’t impressed.
Though he understood why he stayed in Africa. He fell in love with the land, the animals, the people. It didn’t take long for him to figure out about Vampires, especially as he had seen and heard rumors when he had visited the West Country about Arthur and his Knights.
He wasn’t expecting to be Turned, but when one of the Clayton’s lions lashed out, he was in the wrong place. Muldoon didn’t give him much of a choice.
Sylum Advent 2025: Day 1

Notes: A quick personal note. It’s been a rough year – actually it’s been a rough few years – basically I haven’t had much time to do any thing let alone writing. So this year’s main focus was playing around with AI to get our Sylum characters into historical recreations. Now that’s not been easy as you’ve seen, the images just don’t quite come out right. What you’re going to see for Advent is some of the best ones. It’s a variety of characters, from famous moments from Sylum storyline, and also historical events. Also will be showcasing new imagery for the recent casting change. Oh and last thing – some will have a small video to show them moving.
So please do enjoy.
Added Note: Getting Tony as a Templar was a pain in my backside. This was the closest one, and it turned out to be like one of those religious paintings. My theory is Speed got it commissioned as a gift, first as a joke but turned into a true heartfelt gift.

Sylum 20th Anniversary: Evolution Download
EDIT: As there was some confusion. This is the original Evolution the one that got posted (ages ago). There will be discrepancies as none of the major changes that came about via rework of Clan War or remove of Annihilation has been addressed in Evolution. The main plot points are the same; The mutants, the main characters etc. If have questions on something you see in Evolution that doesn’t quite make sense or counters other stories – ping me and i’ll clarify!
