So last night a moronic asshole decided to pull the fire alarm at 2 am. The General has gotten little sleep and living on coffee at the moment. This may not be a good thing.
What was your worst ‘Oh God what the hell just woke me up in the middle of the night’ moment.
I also remember at one of the Clan Gatherings the last night there … were most of us had just gong to sleep at 2 am when the damn fire alarm ripped through the hotel.

I woke up to the sound of gunshots outside our apartment at the end of October; a couple hours later was woken up again by police letting us know our car had been shot up.
That is scary!! Glad your okay – sorry about the car!
Thanks. The idiots doing the shooting came back the next day and shot the place up some more; they were gunning for someone. But, the car has been replaced and my baby and husband are safe so aside from me losing my composure for a while we came out okay.
Husband banging open the door while yelling my name. the dogs wouldn’t let him put the leash on. I thought it was at least a tornado!! Very unhappy wife which, of course, lead to his unhappy life. 😉
Neighbors shooting guns late at night, barking dogs, and fireworks before, on, and after July 4th.
Fire alarm in my dorm at college, too many times to count (the things were so damn sensitive that someone’s hairspray set it off one day. HAIRSPRAY). Though probably the worst one was the night were it was almost 4 in the morning, like, 20 or 30-something degrees outside, and I’d forgotten my slippers on the way out.
