Nathan Collins was born in Anaheim, California on April 30, 1956 to Michael and Laura Collins. He went to community college for two years after high school before he transferred to the police academy. He ended up with the LAPD where he made Sergeant before he was wounded in a shootout.<\/p>\n

Upon waking the hospital, he was told his injuries were career-ending. He also met his surgeon, Adam Franco, who befriended him and upon Nathan\u2019s release from the hospital, told him of his true nature and what Adam meant to him, and offered to Turn him. He agreed.<\/p>\n
