Johnathan<\/a> followed in his father\u2019s footsteps and joined the French Army; his first day on the job didn\u2019t go quite as well as it could have when he insulted three high ranking officers. Shortly after joining he met Constance Bonacieux, a Dutchess\u00a0who had been betrothed to another Duke. He whisked her away and married secretly, with his Commanding officer, Nicolaus, as witness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nathan, her father, still hasn\u2019t forgiven Shep for stealing his daughter and Nico for allowing him.<\/span><\/p>\n
