It’s Cowboy Day!<\/span><\/p>\n I guess y’all can get out the hat and gear up for a horseback ride \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n With that comes a Sylum Snippet<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Paul sat down on the log and stared at the open fire.\u00a0 \u00a0They had rode for most of the day, only stopping to set up camp.<\/span><\/p>\n It had actually been his idea.\u00a0 Joshua and David had worked hard to make sure he was comfortable.\u00a0 \u00a0They had a getaway made with an encloser for blue to be comfortable.\u00a0 Hell, they also had a dragon hobbit hole to make sure Cloudjumper was comfortable.\u00a0 It was time he did something for them.<\/span><\/p>\n He suggested Joshua show them where he was from.\u00a0 Paul had been in the United States, mostly though stuck to the major cities.\u00a0 \u00a0So the trip to Colorado was new.\u00a0 \u00a0Matt and Richard had put them up for a couple of days, let them use the Ranch House as a staging area.\u00a0 \u00a0Richard, bless him, even prepped meals for their ride.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n David had talked about how the area had change slightly since he had last seen it at the turn of the 20th century.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Paul stayed quiet mostly, just listening to Joshua talk about his life as a cowboy.<\/span><\/p>\n “How are you doing?”\u00a0 Joshua asked settling next to him.\u00a0 “I’m sure horseback riding isn’t a required skill for Double-Os.”<\/span><\/p>\n “Oh you would be surprised.”\u00a0 He smirked over at him. “Just was trained in an English saddle, even wore those fancy riding outfits.”<\/span><\/p>\n “Do you still have them?”\u00a0 David asked as he settled across the fire.<\/span><\/p>\n “No.”\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n “Shame.”\u00a0 He gave him a wink.\u00a0 “Looks like a few friends stopped by.”<\/span><\/p>\n Paul glanced over to see a few lizards watching them.\u00a0 He shooed them away, before getting up to get their prepared meals.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n They enjoyed their meals, talking softly just taking the time to be with each other.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Paul leaned against Joshua just relaxing letting the softness of the situation lulling him into a light sleep.\u00a0 \u00a0He felt Joshua’s arm around his waist and heard David’s voice, but was too comfortable to move.<\/span><\/p>\n Joshua smiled over at David.\u00a0 “Best way to spend Cowboy Day!”<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It’s Cowboy Day!
