Handuff Day – could be awkward \ud83d\ude00<\/span><\/p>\n

And for the snippet … which is one of the characters requested during my birthday month.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

I was tired, actually was more like exhausted beyond recognition.<\/span><\/p>\n

The mission had gone to shit the moment it started, actually way before we even got it.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In typical fashion we rallied together and finished the job.\u00a0 The drug dealer was arrested, the highschool football player was safe with his family, and the principle of the school was offically ‘retired’.\u00a0 \u00a0At this moment all I wanted was a shower, yogurt and nap – not necessarily in that order.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moment the door closed behind him, Sam stripped me out of my ‘gang banger outfit’ pushed me into the shower.\u00a0 Once I got out, there was a yogurt – lemon my favorite.\u00a0 \u00a0I cleaned out the container, then made for our bed.\u00a0 \u00a0Just as I was settling down, heard the familier click of our handcuffs.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Sam.”\u00a0 I gave him a look.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Mikey.”\u00a0 He grinned back, as he fluffed the pillows.\u00a0 “As much as it’s a turn on to see you take on drug dealing thugs, and corrupt school boards – you need sleep.”<\/span><\/p>\n

I shook the handcuffs.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Sleep.”\u00a0 He pointed at them, then settled on to the bed, wrapping himself around me like the octopus that he is.\u00a0 “I know you Michael Westen.\u00a0 Sleep is two hours and change.\u00a0 This is my insurance.”<\/span><\/p>\n

“So you’re handcuffing me to the bed for me to sleep.”<\/span><\/p>\n

“Yes.”<\/span><\/p>\n

“Do you realize how weird our lives are?”\u00a0 I shifted until more comfortable surrounded by my octopus.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Every damn day.”\u00a0 He kissed my forehead. “No sleep!”<\/span><\/p>\n

I was out in seconds.<\/span><\/p>\n
