Waves hello to everyone!\u00a0 And to go with today’s Hi – a small snippet – this one is for well Nyx or Terry as it’s the last Star Wars Snippet and that means I’m caught up for 2021! <\/span><\/p>\n Woohoo!\u00a0 Go ME!!!<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n “Hello There.”\u00a0 Obi-Wan gave the Separatist General a slow smirk.<\/span><\/p>\n ‘Does he always do that?’\u00a0 Rex asked over the comms.<\/span><\/p>\n ‘Yes.’\u00a0 Cody sighed and was thankful the bucket kept him from facepalming.\u00a0 ‘According to Jinn, he’s been doing it since he was eight.’<\/span><\/p>\n Rex slowly shifted until he was looking at his vod.\u00a0 ‘Seriously.’<\/span><\/p>\n ‘Oh yes, the story goes that the Council wanted Jinn to take young snarky Obi-Wan as a Padawan.\u00a0 Neither thought this was a good idea.\u00a0 Eight year old, told Jinn that he was an idiot on his last mission, and Jinn told said eight year old was a spoiled brat.’<\/span><\/p>\n ‘Perfect match.’\u00a0 Rex drawled.<\/span><\/p>\n ‘According to General Yoda.’\u00a0 Cody bit back the heavy sigh as General Kenobi flirted and snarked his way through the negotiations.\u00a0 He signaled Ghost Squad to keep an eye out for hostiles.\u00a0 ‘The Green Troll…’<\/span><\/p>\n ‘CODY!’<\/span><\/p>\n ‘Sorry General Green Troll.’\u00a0 Cody snarked, ignoring the laughter that he was sure wasn’t Rex and wondered who had hacked into their comms.\u00a0 ‘Got them on a transport together, how I do not know and likely don’t want to know.\u00a0 Xanatos, Jinn’s apprentice that went dark, kidnapped Obi-Wan sold him into slavery, who promptly escaped and started a slave revolt, but that’s a whole nother story.\u00a0 When Jinn and Xanatos were in their epic battle of death … according to Obi-Wan, who just randomly popped up and said ‘Hello There’ startling Xanatos, who was so damned shocked to see the kid that he grabbed him and was going to toss him over the edge of the roof – this dramatic moment is how they became Padawan and Master.’<\/span><\/p>\n ‘It didn’t quite happen that way, darling.’<\/span><\/p>\n ‘It happened exactly that way.’ Jinn popped onto the comms.\u00a0 ‘You then stabbed Xanatos with your throwing knife and he dropped you over the edge.’<\/span><\/p>\n ‘I caught the ledge.\u00a0 Nothing I hadn’t done before.’<\/span><\/p>\n ‘But you were eight.’\u00a0 Rex added into this loving snarky commentary.<\/span><\/p>\n ‘Been doing it since I was six.’<\/span><\/p>\n ‘My point exactly.’\u00a0 Jinn commented.<\/span><\/p>\n ‘So while you’re all gossiping about my childhood exploits.’<\/span><\/p>\n ‘You jumped off a ledge two days ago!’\u00a0 Fives added to the conversation. ‘General, sir.’<\/span><\/p>\n ‘WHAT?!’\u00a0 Cody and Jinn yelled at the same time.<\/span><\/p>\n ‘We’ll talk about that later, right now I’m being taken hostage, I’m likely going to stab someone so …’<\/span><\/p>\n There was a scream, the sound of drodika’s firing up, along with a lightsaber.<\/span><\/p>\n “Well Hello There.”\u00a0 Obi-Wan smiled at the approaching army.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Waves hello to everyone!\u00a0 And to go with today’s Hi – a small snippet – this one is for well Nyx or Terry as it’s the last Star Wars Snippet and that means I’m caught up for 2021!
