Today we Celebrate the Founding of Camelot Clan – 658 AD<\/h3>\n

Camelot’s first home was Tintagel Castle on the coastline of Cornwall, England.<\/p>\n

It wasn’t until it started to decay and fall into the sea, that they moved to St. Michael’s Mount,\u00a0Marazion – Cornwall, England in the 1300’s.<\/p>\n

St. Michael’s Mount was perfect for Camelot due to the built in security. \u00a0The castle sits on an Island, and is not\u00a0easily\u00a0accessed.<\/p>\n

If\u00a0the Tide is in, the castle is only\u00a0accessible\u00a0by boat. \u00a0If the tide is out, there is a stone walkway that allows visitors to access the island.<\/p>\n

Since St. Michael’s Mount is considered a Historical Landmark – visitors are welcome in the summer months.<\/p>\n
